Step-by-step:

1. First confer with the Council to proceed

1b. Request with the Council whether or not to bring the member on TS to explain why he/she is being removed

1c. If yes, bring the member on for five minutes, 

2. Remove the member from the League of Legends members Skype group

3. Make a statement as to why, and explain that everything is under control

4. Remove the member from our ingame clubs

5. Set the member's forum access to guest or banned, depending on the decision made
