Description:
There are two kinds of workers: those that work in the background and those that work in the foreground.
An example of a background worker is a IT programmer. They make programs for people to use and only have to show their face enough to give and receive information on their product. For HoA, this example would apply to admin.clan-hoa.com. The construction of the website was hand-coded and the knowledge of this website, and its creation, is not public knowledge.
An example of a foreground worker is the store clerk. They have direct contact with the public. Depending on the store in which you go to, you may find the workers out and about, or sitting behind a desk.
One of the effects this has is presence. If a customer sees a worker working, even if that individual is a background store clerk who does inventory, it has an effect on them and presents the store in a better light.
In the same way, in HoA, the admins need to have presence among the members. It is more necessary if the admin is a foreground worker, in fact it is crucial, while only being expedient if the admin is a background worker.
