Estimated time necessary: 120 minutes

How Often: Daily or semi-Daily

Step-by-step:

1. Come a half-hour early

Note: the assigned time is 8pm gmt+1

2. Meet with your fellow admins in the admin sanctuary and discuss the plan, if there is going to be one. Under normal circumstances it will be the following.

3. Begin contacting members to talk

4. Once it is 8pm gmt+1 start asking for games and for them to come join you on TS. at the same time go to a channel, gather members into your room and game, and play.

Note: For best results you want to be cheerful, give them a smile, and seek enjoyment for the next 2 hours for both yourself and those around you. Be talkative. Lead conversations. Be an extrovert. Be the kind of person they WANT to be around.

5. If members act in a toxic or unacceptable manner, it is your responsbility to put the game back in line.

Rules:

1. One Admin per group

2. Do not send your gathered members to another admin UNLESS you are overflowing

3. Members are to behave

4. Members may bring friends on with the use of a guest password
