Step-by-step:
1. Log on support.clan-hoa.com/admin
2. Click [+ New Ticket]
3. Write your name and Email into the first two fields
4. Select a category and priority
5. Write a subject name and write your message
Note: Time needed to do this will be decided by the length of the message.
6. Provide attachments if necessary
7. Assign ticket
8. Submit
